Is Pole Fitness For Me? I Have No Upper-Body Strength...

YES!! Pole fitness is for everyone regardless of your shape and size. All fitness levels are welcome. You will (quickly) develop upper body strength needed to execute an array of pole moves. No previous experience is needed. We will teach you all you need to know.


What Are The Benefits Of Pole Fitness?

Pole fitness comes with a lot of health benefits. Pole fitness is a combination of cardio and strength training. You can expect to burn approximately 300 calories during a one hour pole fitness class. You will develop strength, muscle definition and flexibility across your entire body, from your arms, core, legs and shoulders. Is Pole Fitness Safe?

Like many other physical activities there is risk. With pole, particularly in the early beginner stages you may acquire sime bumps and bruises (aka pole kisses). But over time as your become stronger and your body gets used to the pole, the bumps and bruises will reduce. Additionally, it's important to listen to your body to avoid injury. Furthermore, it's important to listen to the directions given by your instructor, they are there to help you pole safely!


Where should I start?

Let's talk about why starting with a 3-class pass or a month-to-month membership is your best bet. First off, the 3-class pass is perfect if you’re testing the waters. It gives you a taste of what pole and aerial fitness is all about without a long-term commitment. Plus, it’s just enough to get you hooked on the thrill of spinning and swinging! 💃

What Should I Wear?

For pole class you wear shorts and a tank top/sports bra. The reasoning for this minimalist approach is for grip - the more skin exposure the better you will be able to grip the pole with your legs and arms.

For Aerial Fitness you will want to wear leggings/yoga pants and a tank top. 

All fitness classes are carried out barefoot.


What NOT To Wear

In the interest of safety for yourself and your fellow poler's NO LOTION is to be applied to your skin 24 hours before a pole class, OR you will forfeit your class.

Do You Offer Childcare?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer childcare services. 

However there is a childcare facility - Wee Folk Childcare that is open from 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. they are located at 619 N 19th St, Bismarck, ND 58501. You may reach them at 701-751-0497 for options and availabilities.

What type of payment options do you offer?

I offer anywhere from drop-in one time class payments to a 12-month program payment option. 

Typically the Alterative medicine remedies and parties/corporate retreats are one-time per appointment payments. The Rise up Star 3, 6, and 12-month programs can be pay one-time or per month. The month to month membership is pay as you go per month, cancel anytime. The 3-cl;ass pass is a one time "try it" opportunity.
